The world of photography has encompassed enormous changes over the years. Each new technique, from glass plates to film, transparencies to colour prints has invoked plenty of arguments, none more so than the recent move from the chemical dark room to Digital Imaging. Many members of the Club have moved into the world of electronics and whilst there are discussions for and against, almost every one agrees that the computer is part of the present day scene. However, the image itself is of prime importance rather than the method of achievement.
